What is “open-box”?

Open-box systems are retail returns in mint condition. Devices will come with original packaging and accessories. These items are considered like-new and are tested by Apple® certified technicians.

What is “pre-owned”?

Pre-owned systems are from Apple's trade-in program. These items are erased, cleaned, tested, and graded for quality and cosmetics by Apple certified technicians.

Where do your machines come from?

Most of our machines have been liquidated from Apple stock rooms because they are a previous generation of Apple product. This can include everything from overstock and returns, products that have been discontinued, or in-store demo machines that have been refurbished back to like-new condition. We usually purchase wholesale quantities directly from Apple, meaning our parts have not been bought one-by-one from private parties.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day no questions asked returns on undamaged items. Items must be shipped back within the 14 day consideration window to qualify.

Will signature be required upon delivery?

We offer insurance on all items shipped from our warehouse. In order to ensure your item gets to you safely, we do require signature upon delivery for all items valued over $200.

Warranty

What is the warranty?

Our iPowerResale one-year warranty comes standard on all machines. This warranty covers any hardware issues you might experience. We also offer a three year extended warranty for $249. (Our warranty's do not cover accidental damage).

Do you offer repair services?

Here at iPowerResale we offer in-house data/software and hardware repairs, restorations, upgrades, and service options. Please reach out to us directly to get more accurate information as all repairs and circumstances are unique.

Can I get an advanced replacement when I ship my item back?

If you are not able to be without your machine, we suggest an advanced replacement order - where we set up a new transaction for another machine. This would allow for us to ship the system ASAP, and you can then return the original item at your leisure. This eliminates any downtime, and allows for data transfer, if necessary. We can then issue you a return label for the original system, and then we can accommodate a full refund upon receipt.
