At iPowerResale, tracking your shipment is easy and transparent so you can stay informed from the moment your package leaves our facility until it arrives at your door. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your delivery through the carrier’s website.
How to Track Your Order

Find your tracking number
Look for your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email sent to the address used for your order. Double-check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it right away. - Track your shipment online

Monitor delivery progress
Updates such as “Picked Up,” “In Transit,” “Out for Delivery,” and “Delivered” will appear in real time. Delivery times depend on the selected service and your location.
Missed Deliveries
If the carrier is unable to deliver your package:
- FedEx: You can arrange to pick up your package at a nearby FedEx Office, Walgreens, or authorized location using your tracking number or door tag number
- UPS: Use UPS My Choice to hold your package at a local UPS Access Point or depot for pickup within seven business days.
- IMPORTANT: If you need to pick up a package from one of our carriers, please be sure to bring your government issued ID
If a package is not claimed within a week of being ready for pickup, it will be returned to our warehouse.
Returned Shipments and Address Policy
If a shipment is returned to iPowerResale due to delivery issues, our team will contact you regarding next steps. For security and fraud prevention reasons, shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed or during reshipment.
If you need to update an address, we will need to cancel the order and ask you to place a new one with the correct information. Once confirmed, we’ll be happy to reship your items to the new verified address.
International Deliveries
All taxes and duties will be calculated at checkout and pre-paid. iPowerResale will pre pay your package import fees, taxes, and duties at shipping so you are not required to pay upon delivery. If you are asked to pay to release the package, please do not pay and kindly reach out to us at support@ipowerresale.com.
