We offer a 14-day no questions asked returns on undamaged items. Items must be shipped back within the 14 day consideration window to qualify. To learn more about our return policy, click here.

Warranty & Replacement Parts
Our iPowerResale one-year limited warranty comes standard on all machines. This warranty covers any hardware or craftsmanship issues you might experience. We also offer a three year extended warranty for $249. Click here to read more about our warranty. (Our warranty's do not cover accidental damage).
If you are not able to be without your machine, we suggest an advanced replacement order - where we set up a new transaction for another machine. This would allow for us to ship the system ASAP, and you can then return the original item at your leisure. This eliminates any downtime, and allows for data transfer, if necessary. We can then issue you a return label for the original system, and then we can accommodate a full refund upon receipt.
