Return Periods by Platform
- iPowerResale.com – Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Amazon Storefront – Returns and exchanges accepted within 90 days.
- eBay Storefront – Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
All products purchased directly from our website include a 1-year limited warranty, while Amazon and eBay orders include a 90-day warranty period.
Conditions for Return
- The device must be in the same condition as received.
- All accessories, cables, and adapters must be included.
- Apple ID/iCloud accounts must be signed out. This step is required to process your refund or exchange since we can’t reset devices with activation locks.
- Returns must be shipped within the stated return window.
If the product shows damage, missing components, or activation locks that prevent inspection, a restocking or processing fee may apply.
How to Start a Return

Contact iPowerResale Support
Reach out to our team by replying to your order confirmation email or through our support page. Include your order number and reason for return. -
Receive a Return Label
Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid UPS or FedEx return label via email. You can either print it or have it scanned at a drop-off location where they will print it for you. -
Prepare Your Return
Pack the device securely in its original box or suitable packaging. Remove personal data and sign out of Apple ID/iCloud before shipping. -
Ship the Item
Drop off the package at any official UPS or FedEx location. Track your shipment using the tracking number provided. -
Refund or Replacement
Once the return is inspected and confirmed, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Exchanges or replacements, if applicable, will be shipped immediately.
Returning an Item That Was Undeliverable
If a package is returned to our warehouse as “undeliverable" or "refused", you may:
- Request reshipment to the original order address. We are unable to modify shipping addresses on orders that have been placed. If you require shipping to a new address we will need to cancel the order and have you place a new one.
- Request a full refund.
Warranty and Support
Many of our devices still include Apple’s original factory warranty. If your system experiences an issue, you may:
- Bring it to an Apple Service Center for faster diagnostics, or
- Contact iPowerResale for a warranty replacement or repair within your coverage window.
For devices purchased directly from iPowerResale, we provide full support for warranty claims within 1 year.
