iPowerResale ships all orders from our warehouse in Carpinteria, California, using fast, trackable services for customers in the U.S. and select international destinations. This article explains each shipping method, how delivery timing works, and what happens if a package cannot be delivered, so you know what to expect from checkout through delivery.

Shipping Options Within the U.S.

iPowerResale offers several convenient shipping options for customers in the United States, including free fast shipping on most single-item orders. All time frames below refer to the time your package spends in transit after it leaves the warehouse.

  • Free 2-Day Shipping
    • Most orders with a single product ship via a free 2-day service within the U.S.
    • Mac Pros, iMacs, and displays ship via ground service instead of 2-day due to their size and weight.
    • Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time are filled the same business day, meaning they are prepared and handed off to the carrier that day when payment has cleared.
    • Many locations in Southern California receive shipments as soon as the next day because of their proximity to Carpinteria, but next-day arrival is not guaranteed with 2-day service.
    • Quantity or multi-unit orders may ship via ground instead of 2-day when required by size, weight, or carrier rules.
  • Overnight (Next-Day) Shipping
    • For an additional charge, Overnight Shipping is available on most iPowerResale products.
    • Orders placed prior to 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time with Overnight service are typically delivered by around 3:00 p.m. local time on the next business day after shipment.
    • If you must receive your device the next day, selecting Overnight at checkout is the best way to help ensure next-day delivery instead of relying on free 2-day timing.

Remember that once a package leaves iPowerResale facilities, the carrier controls the actual delivery timing. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and iPowerResale cannot accept liability for late deliveries, regardless of the shipping option selected.


International Shipping To Your Location

iPowerResale also offers an expedited international option to many destinations outside the United States. All international shipments originate from Carpinteria, California; the “2–3 day” window refers to the delivery time to your location once the carrier has picked up the package.

  • 2–3 Day International Shipping
    • Available for an additional charge to qualifying international destinations.
    • Orders placed prior to 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time are normally delivered by about 4:30 p.m. local time within three business days after shipment.
    • As with U.S. services, the 2–3 day estimate covers only the time in transit and does not include processing time before the order leaves the warehouse.
    • If your country is supported, the 2–3 day international option will appear automatically at checkout; if it does not appear as a choice for your address, that destination is not currently supported.

International customers should also consider potential customs clearance time and any duties, taxes, or fees charged by their local authorities or carriers, which may be required before final delivery can take place. Signatures, Undeliverable Packages, And Failed Attempts

Because most orders contain valuable Apple hardware, extra steps are in place to help protect your shipment from loss or theft. Planning for signature and delivery ahead of time helps avoid delays and returns.

  • Signature Requirement & Address Changes
    • Signatures are required on most iPowerResale orders upon delivery.
    • If you will not be at your shipping address, consider using a work address or another location where someone you trust will be available to sign.
    • Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.
    • Title and risk of loss pass to you when the product is delivered, which is why the signature requirement is so important.
  • Undeliverable Packages
    • Occasionally, carriers return packages to iPowerResale as undeliverable due to issues like incorrect addresses, repeated missed deliveries, or access problems.
    • When this happens, you should contact iPowerResale to arrange reshipment and confirm the correct address and delivery conditions.
    • If a package is returned and iPowerResale does not hear from you regarding redelivery within a reasonable period, the order will be processed as a return and the product will be refunded according to the store’s policies.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts
    • Most carriers make up to three delivery attempts for iPowerResale shipments.
    • After three failed attempts, the carrier will typically hold the order at a nearby pickup location (when available) so you can collect it in person.
    • If no pickup location is available—or if the package is not collected within the carrier’s holding window—the shipment is returned to iPowerResale and treated as an undeliverable package.

If you see that your package is being held or has been returned to sender, email support@ipowerresale.com as soon as possible with your order number and tracking information so reshipment or refund options can be reviewed.


Order Processing And Same-Day Shipment

How quickly your order leaves the warehouse depends on product availability, payment processing, and business days. Understanding these factors helps you choose the best shipping option for your deadline.

  • Estimated Shipment Date
    • The estimated shipment date shown at checkout is based on three things: product availability, payment authorization, and warehouse processing time.
    • This date does not include transit time; shipping time (2-day, Overnight, or 2–3 day international) starts only after your package has left the warehouse.
  • Payment Processing & Business Days
    • iPowerResale does not begin payment processing until it has received all the information it needs and either full payment or a full authorization from your payment provider.
    • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
  • Same-Day Shipping Cut-Off
    • For in-stock items eligible for same-day shipping, your order must be received before 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
    • Same-day shipment still depends on successful, timely payment processing; if payment is delayed, your order may ship on the next business day instead.
