How to Use Our Product Configurator to Check Availability

April 22, 2026

Our product configurator is the fastest way to see which color, storage, memory, and condition options are currently in stock. If a specific combination does not appear as a selectable option, it is not available at this time.

    Where to Find the Configurator

When you click on a customizable product (for example, a 13-inch MacBook Air M4), you will be taken to a configuration page. This page displays the product images on the left and a set of selectable options on the right for Color/Finish, Cosmetic Condition, CPU, RAM, and Storage.

    How to Choose Your Configuration

    • Step 1: Select your preferred Color/Finish (for example, Midnight, Silver, Starlight, or Sky Blue). The selected color will be highlighted.
    • Step 2: Choose the Cosmetic Condition (for example, Open Box – Like New or Grade A – Excellent). Only conditions that are in stock will be selectable.
    • Step 3: Confirm the CPU shown for that model (for example, Apple M4 10‑Core processor).
    • Step 4: Pick your RAM option (such as 16GB or 24GB unified memory), if more than one is offered.
    • Step 5: Pick your Storage option (such as 256GB or 512GB SSD storage).

Once all required options are selected, the button at the bottom of the page will change to “Continue.” Clicking this will take you to the specific product page for your chosen configuration, where you can review the details and add it to your cart.

    How Availability Works

    • Each selectable combination of color, condition, memory, and storage represents a configuration that is physically in stock and ready to ship.
    • If an option is missing from the configurator, or if it appears grayed out and cannot be selected, that specific configuration is not currently available.
    • Our inventory is live and updates automatically, so the options you see on the configurator always reflect what is actually on hand.

Checking If a Specific Configuration Is Available

The product configurator is the best way to see whether we have a specific color, storage, or memory option in stock.

    • If you can select your desired combination in the configurator (for example, a Midnight MacBook Air with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage), that configuration is available and ready to purchase.
    • If you do not see a particular color, storage size, or memory option—or it appears grayed out and cannot be selected—that exact configuration is not in stock right now.
    • All current inventory is shown in the configurator, so additional “hidden” colors or storage options beyond what you see there are not available.

Tips for Finding the Right Option

    • If you are flexible on color or storage size, try selecting different options in the configurator to see other in-stock combinations.
    • Inventory changes frequently. If you do not see your preferred configuration today, you can check back again later to see new options.
    • Once you have selected a configuration and the button at the bottom shows a price and is clickable, you are viewing an in-stock unit that can be added to your cart immediately.
