Warranty Service

  • iPowerResale warrants the Apple-branded hardware product and Apple-branded accessories contained in the original packaging against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally.
  • See our Limited Warranty & Extension article for more details.
  • Product that is oxidized/has liquid damage
  • Damage or failure arising out of an accident
  • One or several components of the products were manipulated by the buyer or by a third party not authorized by iPowerResale in connection with the defect for which the buyer seeks warranty coverage
  • Damage or failures arising out of a misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, faulty installation, improper maintenance, or improper voltage supply
  • Standard shipping is always free for items shipping within the continental U.S.
  • Expedited and international shipping may incur an additional fee

  • Items are typically repaired or replaced within 72 hours from receipt. Please reach out to our office if more information is needed!

Out-of-Warranty Service

  • For out-of-warranty items we recommend contacting Apple for software assistance, diagnostics, and/or repair quotes

Basic Rates

  • Hourly Labor Rate: $129.00
  • On-Site Service: $129.00, 1 hour minimum
  • Diagnostics Fee: $39.00
  • Data Backup, Recovery, & Restore: $129.00

Delivery Issues

  • If your item arrives damaged please be sure to take photos of the shipping box and all items contained. Please do not discard any shipping materials and contact our office immediately
  • Please reach out to our office if you would like the item re-shipped. We will ask you to verify your address and whether someone will be available to sign for the package
