- iPowerResale warrants the Apple-branded hardware product and Apple-branded accessories contained in the original packaging against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally.

- Product that is oxidized/has liquid damage
- Damage or failure arising out of an accident
- One or several components of the products were manipulated by the buyer or by a third party not authorized by iPowerResale in connection with the defect for which the buyer seeks warranty coverage
- Damage or failures arising out of a misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, faulty installation, improper maintenance, or improper voltage supply
- Standard shipping is always free for items shipping within the continental U.S.
- Expedited and international shipping may incur an additional fee

- Items are typically repaired or replaced within 72 hours from receipt. Please reach out to our office if more information is needed!

- For out-of-warranty items we recommend contacting Apple for software assistance, diagnostics, and/or repair quotes

- Hourly Labor Rate: $129.00
- On-Site Service: $129.00, 1 hour minimum
- Diagnostics Fee: $39.00
- Data Backup, Recovery, & Restore: $129.00
Delivery Issues
- If your item arrives damaged please be sure to take photos of the shipping box and all items contained. Please do not discard any shipping materials and contact our office immediately
- Please reach out to our office if you would like the item re-shipped. We will ask you to verify your address and whether someone will be available to sign for the package
