Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing a preorder. By completing your preorder, you agree to the following terms:

1. Preorder Overview

By placing a preorder, you are purchasing an item that is not yet available for immediate shipment. Payment will be collected at the time of your order to secure your unit.

2. Estimated Shipping Date

We currently expect orders to begin shipping on or around April 15, 2026. This date is an estimate only and not guaranteed. Shipping may be delayed for any reason, including but not limited to manufacturing, supply chain, or logistical issues.

3. Order Cancellation by the Seller

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any preorder at our sole discretion. This may occur for reasons including, but not limited to, pricing errors, limited availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel your preorder, you will receive a full refund.

4. Order Cancellation by the Customer

If you choose to cancel your preorder before it ships, a 3% cancellation fee will apply to cover payment processing costs. The balance will be refunded to your original payment method within a reasonable time frame.

5. Pricing and Adjustments

All preorder pricing is subject to change at any time without notice. If a price adjustment occurs before your order ships, we will honor the price at the time your order was placed unless otherwise specified.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page.
