• What is Open Box?

  Open Box devices are buyer’s-remorse retail returns from Apple® Authorized Retailers, returned within the retailer’s return window. Every device is rigorously inspected to meet our highest grading standard: like-new condition, no cosmetic blemishes, full functionality, and the original box and charging accessories included. • Can I get a discount?

  We offer our first-time buyers a $15 discount! You can sign up for the discount here.

  If you are a returning customer, you can enjoy a $25 discount after you refer your friends or family! They will get $20 off their first purchase! You can find your referral link here.

• What's the warranty?

  We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all of our devices. In addition, most of our open box devices still have about 6-9 months of Apple® Limited Warranty remaining.

• Can I add AppleCare+?

  While we are not able to add AppleCare+, most of our products are still under Apple's Limited Warranty, with about 6-9 months remaining.

  We often hear from customers that they are able to add AppleCare+ by contacting Apple Support or taking it to an Apple Store.

• How much is shipping?

  We ship our devices with FREE 2-day shipping. iMacs, Mac Pros, and Studio Displays are shipped via ground. Express shipping options are available at checkout.

• What is your return policy?

  We include free 14-day returns on all of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!
